I have years of experience in proving the value of multichannel analytics and have worked with major organisations such as Virgin Atlantic, Walt Disney and Selfridges. I’ve won two New Media Age Effectiveness Awards and an Excellence Award from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations — although my real claim to fame is that I auditioned for the part of the Milky Bar Kid in the early 80s!
