Nike is winning the battle of the World Cups ads by brands.

With the first game of the World Cup today, (I cannot contain my excitement!) many brands have created ads to grab the attention of the nation.

Unruly Media, the social video marketing company has been tracking the world cup videos in their viral video charts. We take a look at the top five branded ads that are doing well on the internet.

1. Nike Football: Winner Stays.

1,051,188 shares and 81,635,750 view so far.

The Nike advert sees a host of start including Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar Jr., Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimović, Gerard Piqué, Gonzalo Higuaín, Mario Götze, Eden Hazard, Thiago Silva, Andrea Pirlo, David Luiz, Andrés Iniesta, Thibaut Courtois, and Tim Howard.

And did I mention the Incredible Hulk! Yes, check it out.

The ad sees a group of guys playing a football game in the park, when they decide its winner stays on. They then start becoming their favorite players. The ad is filled with plenty of comedy moments.

A bitter blow for Adidas, who are one of the official partners of the FIFA World Cup.

2. Castrol Footkhana: Neymar Jr. v Ken Block.

886,238 shares and 15,104,096 views.

The second video comes from Castrol, who are one of the sponsors of the World Cup.

This video sees Brazillian football player, Neymar Jr. take on professional rally drive Ken Block in a series of football drills and scoring goals.

There is plenty of drifting, donuts and football which puts this at the second most shared video online.

3. #GALAXY11: The Training

503,904 shares and 56,248,317 views.

The third ad comes from Samsung.

This ad is the second in a series of ads. Aliens have come to famous football stadiums around the world and have challenged Earth to a game of football.

11 players including, Ronaldo, Iniesta, Messi, Rooney, Falcao, Stephan-el-shaarawy to name a few, are selected as the #Galaxy11 to take on the aliens. This video see the players put through their paces in training.

4. #GALAXY11: The Beginning

399,024 shares and 14,081,853 views.

Another ad from Samsung.

This is the first video in the series of the Samsung #Galaxy11 videos.

Aliens have come to challenge Earth to a game of football and 11 footballers are selected to take them on.

5. Nike Football: The Last Game

315,498 shares and 16,388,718 views.

The final video comes again from Nike.

This time it is an animated video with a host of household football names.

The video sees the original footballers becoming obsolete and replaced by clones. The originals make a come back with a final game against the clones.

It’s safe football vs risky football.

Adidas have made ads, but they have not yet had the same impact as Nike. There is still plenty of time for that to change.

The World Cup is expected to be the most social sporting event to date, no doubt many more videos and ads will come as brands battle to win their own World Cup victories.

Which is your favorite World Cup ad?
