James Pepper is Technical Services Director at Vista.
James Pepper is Technical Services Director at Vista. James has been with the Company for 15 years, since April 1998, having come from a technical customer service role within the motor industry and joined Vista to help set up specific customer projects. Throughout Vista’s history, James has been instrumental in the design and implementation of Vista’s service model and has performed a number of key roles such as Operations Manager and Operations Director. James has an acute understanding of retail, in-store and IT systems, infrastructure and hardware which ranges from cash registers and the very first EPoS systems to the latest mobile, digital signage, kiosk and point of purchase technology. James has recently returned to his technical roots as Technical Services Director where he is responsible for new customer transitions, operations, project services, strategy business projects, customer and manufacturer relations, technical development and strategy. James has responsibility for Project Services, Transition Management and Service Delivery Teams.
