Deborah Lewis is currently the Head of Talent Academy at Celerity. She is wholly responsible for the creation and management of a brand new Young Talent Recruitment & Development programme: Talent.ED. She was previously Head of Operations at Celerity. Outside of work she loves sports, is a proper ‘foodie’ and loves to dance. She has three year old twins, who are a whirlwind of chaotic crazy fun.
