Jenna Tiffany, Lead Digital Marketing Strategist, Communicator.
Jenna works with brands developing their digital strategy, primarily focusing on their email and mobile channels. She has over seven years’ experience across all areas of digital marketing and has previously worked across both B2B and B2C in the travel, financial services and retail sectors. Jenna is also a Member of the CIM North East Regional Board and a hub member of the DMA Email Council. At Communicator, Jenna works with customers analysing their marketing activity to develop best practice digital strategies to create impactful campaigns that deliver ROI. Having walked in marketers’ shoes first hand, Jenna is well averse to the business challenges brands face. Jenna holds a BA Honours in Business, Management and Marketing from the University of Sunderland and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Newcastle College.
