Kieran McBride

Kieran McBride, Strategy & Planning Director, Edo.

Kieran began his user-centred design career consulting with the UK's former no.1 user-centred digital agency ‘Enable’ in 2008. Prior to this he worked in the software and mobile payments industries, in locations from Amsterdam to Italy and once from a pod hotel in Tokyo. Kieran's worked as a user-centred design consultant to; UEFA, Louis Vuitton, Johnson & Johnson, Amnesty and EE. He co-founded product & service design consultancy JOYLAB, and co-authored Econsultancy's best practice guide on product and service innovation. He also writes on new emerging trends and technology for publications such as; The Guardian, Internet Retailing, and Econsultancy. Kieran's hugely passionate about how a user-centred design ethos and technology are creating a seismic change - not only in how organisations work, but in our global economic infrastructure and the fabric of our our society itself. A keen climber, cyclist and cook, Kieran's either to be found outside in the wilderness, inside the kitchen, or at a blockchain event in Tech City.
