Mike Richardson joined Maximizer Software back in 2000 when he created and headed the Professional Services Team. From this solid grounding, he progressed through a number of senior roles, including Operations Manager and Head of Customer Care before becoming Managing Director in June 2009. Prior to joining Maximizer Software, Mike had a diverse career spanning the oil and gas exploration industry, business and IT consultancy for SMEs, and the security sector. This includes roles at the National Security Inspectorate as well as BusinessLink and the DTI advising SMEs on the effective use of IT and a secondment to the Information Society Initiative. All this experience has been invaluable in helping bring the business benefits of CRM to companies in a diverse range of industry sectors. Mike has a BSc Hons in Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering (DIPLeng) from Hull University.
