Performance-based digital marketing company Tradedoubler has confirmed that it will continue to provide Expedia, Inc. with its industry-leading affiliate marketing technology platform – and further extend the relationship to Latin America.

Expedia LogoTradedoubler’s industry-leading affiliate marketing technology platform is used by Expedia – the world’s largest travel company – to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the Expedia® and Hotels.com® brands’ private network affiliate programmes.

The renewed agreement broadens the existing relationship beyond 18 European countries into Latin America, and will now cover online marketing services for both web and mobile channels.

“Travel is one of Tradedoubler’s strongest verticals and we are delighted to be continuing to work alongside the fantastic teams at Expedia and Hotels.com,”said Jon Lord, Group Director, International Sales & Client Development, Tradedoubler.

“Our long-term partnership will ensure we can manage growth targets effectively as we continue to develop and innovate on the network. This includes international market expansion, developing mobile sale channels and building new tools and technology for publishers. After great growth over the past few years, we expect to take the programme to the next level in run-up to the summer peak in 2012,” continued Lord.

“Tradedoubler’s technology platform has proved very effective and we anticipate that their strategy of diversifying the range of publishers in the affiliate network will help us reach new customers and revenues,” said Sabrina Fiorini, Head of EMEA Partner Marketing, Expedia Worldwide.

“Tradedoubler’s ability to incentivise its network to drive more traffic via mobile, and intelligently analyse buying behaviour, patterns, and trends makes a valuable contribution to Hotels.com’s growth on the increasingly important mobile channel, said Josie Shah, Director, Affiliate Partnerships, Hotels.com.”
